  Sad to say that this is not one of the good branches. The teller that is working the drive up is worth 5 stars and gives brilliant service. The rest of the staff make excuses and pass you over to someone else and they all lack experience (in my opinion) and the manageress is usually playing Hostess (like what you would expect when entering a restaurant) and fobs customers off onto a staff member. In my opinion, it looks to me that everyone at the bank except the teller working the drive up, is too busy trying to find lots of things not to do. If you try and sort any problem out, you may well leave with a load more problems, from lack of help.
